Rodgers and Lennon given new opportunities to shine

Editor's Viewpoint

It is great to see Northern Ireland man Brendan Rodgers back in English Premier League management, having taken over the reins at Leicester City. It is certainly a bigger challenge than in his previous job as boss of Celtic, where he won every available domestic trophy during a very successful tenure.

The Foxes' owners and fans will be expecting some of Rodgers' Celtic magic to rub off at the King Power Stadium.

Meanwhile, fellow local man Neil Lennon will take temporary charge of The Hoops, a team he has devoted a large part of his career to as player and manager, and there's no doubt he will bring his obvious passion for the game to his comeback role.
