Why province is becoming a TV and film star in own right
Northern Ireland's reputation as a place to make television drama in continues to grow. Line Of Duty, starring Enniskillen born Adrian Dunbar, is the latest series to pull in impressive numbers of viewers following on from The Fall and Game Of Thrones, which were also filmed here.
The mixture of accessible, great locations, fine actors and skilled behind the scenes technical staff have television producers clamouring to make their programmes here. And Dunbar has created a new twist by introducing local idioms - for example "I didn't float up the Lagan in a bubble" - into his dialogue. Sure the craic's great.
