11-Plus exam and the bullying link

When the unionists and the SDLP talk about Caitriona Ruane not coming to an agreement on the transfer issue, what they actually mean is that they want to bring the 11-Plus test back again.

Why do certain parties not care how the child feels? Has Mervyn Storey or Dominic Bradley or Basil Mc Crea ever talked to a child who didn't pass the 11-Plus or the breakaway tests?

My child came home from school and told me that he was stupid and would have to go on the dunce bus for dunce pupils.

I was not surprised at all to see the report that one in five P7 pupils is being bullied. It is the people who are pro-11-Plus who encourage this bullying.

I am just asking Caitriona Ruane to stick to her polices and to get rid of these tests. No minister should ever legislate for child-abuse in the classroom.
