A big thank you to hospital staff

Early last Thursday, my son, Owen (9) came into our bedroom crying and doubled over in pain. My first thought was a possible burst appendix, so I took him straight to the Ulster Hospital.

Two nurses soon saw us, both friendly and professional. Within an hour, a doctor examined my son and, thankfully, all was well.

I would like to thank the staff at the Ulster A&E for a job well done. The health service is under enormous pressure and it's the staff at the coal face who take the brunt of our frustration, but credit where credit's due. Thank you.
