Banker's apology rings very hollow

So, Jim Brown, CEO of Ulster Bank, was too busy to talk to the press when leaving Stormont last Thursday, July 5.

How extraordinarily insulting to his staff, who are having to work under such trying conditions.

His apologies at a press conference rang very hollow (but how gracious of him to turn up).

Is there anyone really in control of Ulster Bank? It certainly does not appear to be Mr Brown, as he has so pathetically failed to sort out the problems.
