Cameron got paltry deal for us over EU
The £9m Government funded pro-EU leaflet arrived through my letterbox this morning. Let us leave aside the fact that this is unfair, as the Leave side have a funding cap.
Let us remember that the Prime Minister made several pledges regarding his renegotiation and major reform of the EU; he came back with a paltry deal.
Some 90% of UK trade is not with the EU; 79% of UK trade is wholly internal to the UK. Some 95% of all UK businesses do not trade with the EU, yet they all have to comply with EU red tape.
