Cameron right to walk away from failed EU
The rants from the media over David Cameron's decision to use his veto over yet more European legislation are totally undeserved.
Both main British political parties denied the electorate a vote on Britain becoming/remaining a member of the European Union.
Secondly, the European Union has collapsed. It has been managed disastrously; while the intention seems plausible on paper, the reality of it working seemed ridiculous.
I believe Cameron has backed a winner. Why, you may well ask. Well, he is in control of his society, whereas Sarkozy and Merkel have still to convince another 24 countries that their decision is the right one - never mind controlling them to make the union a success.
