City centre is a home for louts

Today, Belfast city centre has become a place for drunken youths to display their anti-social behaviour.

It can be very frightening to pass these youngsters, and it certainly does nothing for the image of the city as far as tourists are concerned.

Not once have I ever seen a police patrol in the city centre. The authorities need to stamp this out sooner rather than later, before something much more serious happens.
