Credit crunch is one huge ploy

Maybe it's just me being cynical, but I feel we are part of a confidence-trick in respect of the credit crisis and the claim that 'the bankers have lost all our money'.

Just a few questions then:

1. Where did all the money go?

2. What did they spend it on?

3. If the Government really pumped so much extra cash into the banks to increase lending, why can nobody borrow any of it?

4. Why are bankers who made such decisions still in their jobs?

I'd love an answer to these questions, but then I'd like a new car also - and I won't get that, either.
