Defence and security are no reason to kill

Shamefully, the largest arms fair in the world has just finished in London. It had the euphemistic and cynical title of the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) Arms Fair.

It was part-funded by the UK government and ministers were in attendance. At a time when reports coming out of Libya tell of mass graves and indiscriminate killings by the mercenary army, this fair reflects the vulgarity and inhumanity of our government representatives.

'Defence' and 'security' are euphemisms for the use of weaponry to murder pro-democratic activists in defence of autocratic rule, that our government is proud of supporting. Which country is next to be attacked with weaponry sold for purposes of 'defence' and 'security'?
