Discrimination is rife within Government

While I do not condone racism in any form, I have some sympathy for the people who lost their jobs in the government department of HM Revenue and Customs.

Surely this is an open-and-shut case of the pot calling the kettle black as the British Government practises racism every day.

A prime example of this has been the government policy of employing people in the PSNI on the basis of their Catholic faith - a policy concocted and introduced by the ex-governor of Hong Kong, Chris Patten, a devout Catholic, who as I write, is playing an important role in the Pontiff's impending visit to Britain.

Then there is the racist policy of segregated schooling, where institutions at primary level are designed to control the minds of innocent children into their respective racist/segregated way of thinking. Schools are for education, not religious lessons. Such lessons should be confined to the church of their parents' faith.

The true intention of civil rights for all, while being an honourable belief/ideal/dream, has been hijacked by greedy, spin-doctoring lawyers, preachers and do-gooders, who line their own pockets at the expense of society.
