DUP MPs should stand by their convictions
THE Government avoided the prospect of voting on what was a pro-abortion Queen's Speech by letting the DUP 'off the hook' in case the vote would embarrass the party.
Make no mistake: the day will soon come when same-sex marriage raises its head and this will create further difficulties for the DUP. And, when this happens, once again the DUP will roll over - if necessary.
Talk is cheap, but what the province needs are strong MPs with the courage of their so-called convictions to stand up against evil when it emerges.
Sad that not one of those MPs who claim to be Bible-believing Christians could stand alone for righteousness when it comes to the bit. And it's the bit that matters.
