On the night the clocks went forward, I need not have worried about losing an hour's sleep.
In fact, according to Eddie McIlwaine's column (March 27), I gained 10 years off my age with his statement that next month will be the 59th anniversary of the 1941 bombings.
I was eight when my sister was killed in the April 15 bombing.
It would be wrong of me to say that this year, according to Eddie's calculation, I would be 67.
Perhaps Eddie's calculator was faulty in finding an answer to a very simple subtraction. Maybe we will see him as a contestant in The Weakest Link.
However, I think it would be a good idea to have some memorial for those that were killed during the raid.
