Grenfell victims let down over donations

CONSIDERING that the public donated over £90m to the survivors of the Grenfell tower disaster, why are the councillors, or whoever has that money, holding on to it?

I'm certain there are plenty of houses available for sale that could be bought at the asking price, furnished by the buyer and handed the deeds, therefore becoming the owners of the property, with the residue of the money shared out among them.

They deserve it after their ordeal.
