Guts required to lead RSPCA

I WONDER if Grace Dent (DebateNI, August 14) would consider becoming the new chief executive of the RSPCA?

Since the departure of CEO Gavin Grant, the vacant post has been crying out for someone who has the guts, like Grace.

I am one of the monitors who collects evidence of repeated illegal fox-hunting. The massive animosity hunt monitors routinely suffer is now directed at the RSPCA by people who do not give a damn about puppies and cats, but who want to so damage the confidence of the charity.

This would leave this group of animal abusers absolutely above the law, because the police and CPS have demonstrated their will to do the job is non-existent.
