High praise for a helping hand

Recently my husband and I travelled across the water on a sad journey to our son's funeral.

When booking our flights to and from George Best Belfast City Airport and Manchester Airport, my husband asked for wheelchair assistance for me as I can no longer walk very far.

As this was the first time I had used such a facility I was apprehensive. However, my worries were completely unfounded.

Our our outward journey from the airport, we were met by Isabel from Edinburgh, of G4S, who took our luggage and then helped me into a comfortable wheelchair.

We were meeting other family members and Isabel conducted us smoothly through check-in and security etc with humour, kindness and efficiency.

Isabel, thank you so much for making this part of our journey as easy and relaxed as possible.
