Hi-vis clothing could save lives

The dark nights are here and pedestrians in dark jackets should realise that they are almost invisible when crossing the road.

Even a small reflective band on a sleeve could mean the difference between life and death. Most cyclists are aware of this, but few pedestrians seem to be. I urge everyone to get into the habit of putting on a hi-vis jacket, waistcoat, or belt after dark.
