How can Conservatives win over electorate?

We are the oldest and, probably, most successful political party in the world.

We are the governing party of the fifth largest economy in the world. Dominant in England, we are the second largest party in Wales and the official opposition in Scotland.

Being obviously non-sectarian, socially progressive, centre-right, highly competent and very generous does not seem to attract the NI electorate.

Any suggestions?
