I'm happy with what I believe
I GENERALLY ignore what other people say or think about my views, but in William Anderson's case (Write Back, March 15) I shall make an exception.
For more than 20 years I have travelled the world as a seaman and shared a convivial relationship with all breeds of humanity. I believe this experience and the knowledge gained gives me some edge over others.
I am afraid Mr Anderson wasted his time quoting the Bible to me. The only part of the Bible I try to follow is the Ten Commandants. As for his views on my Christianity (or lack of it), all I can say is, as for those professed pillars of the various Christian religions who abused innocent children and were protected by their Churches, I am pleased with what I believe in.
