Innocent until proven guilty

THE acquittal of Coronation Street actor Michael Le Vell (News, September 11) should again highlight the need for 'innocent until proven guilty' to be recognised. This should involve anonymity until court.

How many people's lives are tarnished by a picture or a report after they are later cleared?
