It's time that the public sector lives in real world

Why is it that public sector workers think they are so special? Very few organisations would permit their workers a flexi-working practice - in at 10am, away home at 4pm and let's stop work at lunchtime on a Friday.

Is it the current attitude or are Northern Ireland public sector workers lazy? From what I am led to believe, they currently receive generous bonuses on top of their pension, plus a little extra.

And while on the subject of buses, if the transport union joins the strike on Friday, I trust that all bus lanes will be open to all other vehicular traffic. In other words, for the people who want to work.
