'Kettling' tactic will solve rioting

May I suggest that the chief constable of the PSNI, Matt Baggott, uses 'kettling' to control the Belfast rioters?

Though it works only sporadically here in London, if thousands of PSNI swamped the riot areas and enclosed the rioters in human chains of police, then the problem might be alleviated.
