Lifeline reaches out to vulnerable over holidays

Easter is a very special time of renewal, hope and expectation. For many, Easter welcomes springtime optimism with friends and family. But for some, holidays can be very lonesome, sharpening life's troubles.

Freephone Lifeline 0808 808 8000 provides immediate expert help to all callers, by telephone or face to face counselling, every day of the year.

Lifeline, the regional crisis counselling service, assures zero waiting lists, available 24/7 to the entire NI population.

Lifeline is here to support people through vulnerable times, especially important over holidays, when we remain on call, ensuring safety and support for people at crisis point. Calls to Lifeline are confidential and free (from all landlines and most mobiles). Calls do not show up on phone bills.

Calls are answered by an expert team of qualified crisis counsellors, equipped to calmly deal with the most troubling problems, enabling referral to immediate effective support, including face to face confidential crisis counselling, close to home.

Thank for your constant support and solidarity, protecting vulnerable people this Easter time.
