MS Society seeks new volunteers

I'M writing to personally thank all our wonderful volunteers who make a difference to the lives of people living with MS in Northern Ireland.

There are 4,000 people living with MS here – one of the highest rates in the world – and most people are diagnosed in their twenties or thirties.

Since our support volunteer programme started in 2012, our volunteers have supported hundreds of people affected by MS. They provide someone to talk to, information about services that can help and support for carers and families living with MS.

Due to the success of this service, we're now recruiting new support volunteers throughout Northern Ireland. We're looking for people who are good listeners and eager to make a difference.

If readers would like to find out more, or get involved, please contact our development team by emailing nidevelopmentteam@ or call (028) 9080 2802.
