My plea for help over rates bill falls on deaf ears

LAND and Property Services (LPS) is the organisation responsible for the calculation of the area and value of domestic properties on which rates are payable.

On May 3, I wrote to LPS regarding a survey which they carried out on my property.

As I did not receive the courtesy of a reply, I sent a copy of this letter on May 29 and a further reminder on June 28, but to no avail.

Perhaps one of your readers could advise me how to get LPS to answer their correspondence?
