One Jew’s view is not view of all
Dr Michael Johnson may salve his conscience with his “knowledge that prejudice is not limited to non-Jews” because of his experience of the prejudice against homosexuals by one Jewish person. His generalisation is typical of a mind-frame that attributes to all Jews some trait of an individual Jew.
The attitude of Jewish law is that it is only certain homosexual acts that are condemned, not people with homosexual desires who do not perform them.
