Order bigotry on Kerr not first time

An Orange lodge in Belfast recently expressed its disapproval at the attendance of Tom Elliott and Danny Kennedy at a Catholic service for Constable Ronan Kerr.

What is most astounding about this incident is that anyone should be surprised at such naked bigotry from the Orange Order.

Have we forgotten the events after the Omagh bombing, when First Minister David Trimble was forbidden to attend a Donegal service for three child victims?

Such bigotry is toleration of a social delinquency which runs counter to all civilised societies.
