Paisley wrong with Damascus analogy

Eileen Paisley's comparison of Martin McGuinness and the apostle Paul are clearly distortions of Biblical truth.

Paul - formerly known as Saul - had a real encounter with almighty God on the Damascus Road prior to his conversion.

Scripture records that, as Saul neared Damascus, suddenly a light from Heaven flashed around him and he fell to the ground, heard a voice and was struck by a blinding light brighter than the noon day sun and heard a voice say to him: "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting."

These facts are recorded in Acts (9: 5-6). Clearly, it was a divine encounter.
