Peace process is a dizzy abyss
THE peace process in Northern Ireland is now an indefinitely protracted talking-shop that is heading into the abyss.
Those involved in it seem to be more interested in the 'means' and not the end.
The process has become an end in itself, for all intents and purposes, but has yielded little.
The outcome of the process is just as important as the years and decades of negotiation.
However, no one dares discuss that.
It is nothing but a merry-go-round with everybody getting dizzy as it spins and spins.
The peace process is a means to an end without any end.
