Police need help to beat dealers

THE seriousness of Northern Ireland's illegal drugs trade cannot be overestimated. The drug dealers are a scourge on our society with their only thought being their vast profits. They care nothing for the deaths or misery caused.

I welcome recent PSNI successes in this field. However, the war on drug dealers must be an unrelenting and ongoing operation.

The PSNI are unable to address this problem on its own; they need community help to remove this awful blight from our streets.
