Pregnant teens milk the system

In these days of austerity and cutbacks, how is it that pregnant teenagers who say they are homeless and cry poverty can suddenly be provided with a house with all bills paid and thousands in spending-money to furnish it?

With such an easy-to-abuse system in place, where is the incentive to work? Just get yourself pregnant, 'play' the social services/Housing Executive, have the boyfriend join you when all is completed and then have as many children as you like - all courtesy of the taxpayer.

I am flabbergasted that this practice is allowed to continue. What message does it send out to hard-working folk in jobs, or who are struggling to find employment?

Study hard and work all hours to reach the same place as someone who didn't bother, but who was rewarded when they clearly used the system. How fair is this?
