Queen speaks for Christians

If any further proof were needed about the marginalisation of Christianity in our country, it was to be found in the media's comments before and after the Queen's Speech.

One would have thought that sport was the only thing she talked in her traditional address to the nation.

Her main subject was the Christian faith and how the King James Bible, which celebrates 400 years next year, has contributed to the culture of our nation.

Thank God for a monarch who is not afraid to speak up for the faith which has, for 1,500 years, underpinned our nation.
