Real questions behind the cost of G8 summit

Now that the G8 has moved on and in the light of the revelation that it cost £80m, perhaps the time has come to ask some questions.

What was the additional cost of PSNI policing from the time this conference was announced and the final breakdown of same?

What was the cost of the additional police brought from the GB?

Were members of the Garda involved in policing in Northern Ireland during this conference, and if so, how many, and who was responsible for their costs?

How many of the contractors or firms employed in giving Enniskillen a face lift were based in Northern Ireland and how many in the Republic and what was the expenditure incurred?

Did the Chief Constable request British Army personnel to be openly active on the ground and if not why not?

Would their involvement not have reduced the overall costs?
