Rugby experts lose their heads

I AM rather disappointed that all five of your rugby correspondents thought Ireland would beat Wales (Sport, October 7).

We are an ageing side, built around Brian O'Driscoll and a small number of world-class players, while Wales are a young, rising team. We were never 'certs' to win. Perhaps your correspondents allowed their hearts to rule their heads?
