Scheme won't reduce traffic

As interesting as it is to see the changes to the Metro services in Belfast city centre, the relocation of bus-stops is hardly likely to cause a significant reduction of the number of cars in the city.

A far greater reduction would be achieved if any enforcement was given to the 'No Vehicles After 11am' signs around the city centre.

I have never witnessed any enforcement of the signs. Blue badges need to be examined, too.
