I AM shocked at the sexism of Jane Graham's column on Carol Vorderman (March 12). On Question Time, Carol Vorderman was at times aggressive and did not listen enough to fellow panellists. She expressed views that Jane Graham did not agree with.
That does not justify her sexist attack: 'a hard-faced, cold-blooded snow queen', 'a snake smoothed by Botox' etc.
How many male politicians/presenters are attacked in the same way when they conduct themselves similarly?
Is it any wonder that so few women go into public life. Their fiercest critics are often other women, frequently journalists.
