SF seeks justice without truth

Notwithstanding the failure of the Provisional IRA's murderous 30-year campaign, there is still scant evidence of Sinn Fein finding an alternative route to Irish unity.

True unity must be built on justice - and without truth there can be no justice.

The teaching that truth is at the basis of justice explains why a deadly culture of silence, or omerta, as in the murders of Robert Mc Cartney, Paul Quinn and the Disappeared, is in itself wrong and unjust. Nevertheless, ignoring such rotten foundations, Sinn Fein plans to construct a way forward to Irish unity?
