Simple solution to parades issue

It seems that our makeshift concord is foundering on the issue of a dozen or so of the 3,000 plus parades that occur over an approximate 10-week period in the summer and which are not welcomed by residents in the areas where they are taking place.

Could we not build a massive all-weather stadium at the Maze where people on both sides of this marching issue could organise rioting on a daily basis? Funding could come from the education budget - given our history, education has little relevance to our peculiar behaviour - and we might get an EU grant.
