Sinn Fein eyes Irish presidency

I view with total dismay that Gerry Adams has indicated at the recent ard fheis that Sinn Fein will be nominating a candidate to run for the office of the President of Ireland. The arrogance of this man knows no bounds.

Here we have a man, president of a political party that has re-established its political desire to power by association and assistance from a terrorism organisation in the form of the IRA. What message would a Sinn Fein member elected as president send out?
