Sinn Fein seek final say on parades

Whatever way you look at it, the new Justice Department, with a budget of up to £800m and massive policy and operational responsibilities, adds up to a backbreaking workload for any new minister acting alone.

Is the department not also going to need a junior minister (or two) to take on specific areas of work within the department as well as supporting the Minister in its day-to-day running?

The Home Office in London was split some time ago to create a separate Ministry of Justice with junior ministers in both departments.

Also, after devolution of policing and justice, I presume our court buildings in Northern Ireland will continue to carry the Royal Coat of Arms on the exterior and that the title of Queen's Counsel will remain.
