We were confronted with human tragedies in Jordan and Germany within two days. There is no justifications for such crimes.

Many innocent civilians are losing their lives; others are living in the shadow of the fear, despair and terror.

Like Jordan, Germany shouldered the refugee burden. Its commitment to peace was instrumental in meeting this challenge.

These murderers besmirch Islam. It is prudent to know Jesus is mentioned in the Koran more than Prophet Mohammed, and there is a specific section in reverence of Virgin Mary.

We must not allow terrorists to tear us apart. We should be united in fostering inclusion and tolerance.
