US should walk away from North Korea
What if the US just went home and forgot about North Korea? I think that would be the best course of action.
Anyone who thinks North Korea is suddenly going to attack another country has to explain why it hasn't attacked another country for at least 67 years.
In the same space of time, how many countries has the US attacked? The list is quite expansive. And it includes North Korea.
Read what US general Douglas MacArthur had to say about the war in a Congressional hearing in 1951.
"The war in Korea," he said, "has already almost destroyed that nation of 20 million people.
"I have never seen such devastation. I have seen, I guess, as much blood and disaster as any living man and it just curdled my stomach the last time I was there. After I looked at the wreckage and those thousands of women and children and everything, I vomited.
"If you go on indefinitely, you are perpetuating a slaughter such as I have never heard of in the history of mankind."
That's why I say it's best the US go home and deal with their domestic issues.
