We didn't want Scots in charge

I believe that the paramount reason why most people voted as they did has been overlooked.

The aggressive rhetoric of the Scottish Nationalists made it obvious that if they and Labour came to power in coalition, then they would have the whip-hand.

And there is no way that the rest of the United Kingdom would submit to being effectively governed by the Scots.
