Will DUP speak up on SF deal?

In the dim and distant past, I heard a suggestion that, since Willie Hay was the Speaker in the last Assembly, the DUP had quietly agreed with Sinn Fein to allow them to take the Speaker's position in the new Assembly.

So, as part of the DUP/Sinn Fein relationship, will a vote for the DUP tomorrow see the likes of Francie Molloy sitting as the Speaker of the Assembly, in the line of speakers including Sir Norman Stronge, for instance?

Likewise, in the run-up to Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee, will Northern Ireland have a Speaker that refuses to represent the legislature at the Royal celebrations of this momentous achievement, because the DUP gifts the position of Speaker to Sinn Fein?
