Yellow Pages is difficult to read
Bt HAS started supplying us all with new Yellow Pages. Anyone who found the old volume heavy and cumbersome will no doubt welcome the new one, which is half the weight of last year's.
Anyone that is who has no sight impediment. The new pages have been reduced by what I estimate to be 20%. Everything from panel adverts to line entries are all smaller, and I, for one, find it difficult to read.
I am wondering if this foreshadows a reduction in the size of the next alphabetical directory in 2011. Since Yellow Pages is distributed to all BT customers at similar intervals to the alphabetical directory, why is it necessary to include the classified pages at all in the normal telephone book?
