Ulster’s working landscape has changed massively a century on from the days of the Ulster Covenant signed by Edward Carson
They were two very different men from two very different backgrounds, living very different lives in very different areas of Ulster. One was a flax spinning mechanic in east Belfast and the other was a farmer in Co Cavan, 110 miles away.
