Enjoy the sun now… but just keep the coat handy

There’s a quare oul stretch in the evenings. There, we’ve said it. Summertime has arrived the days are getting longer and we’ve all been given an extra hour of daylight to enjoy, well, the daylight.
And there’s been plenty of it about this weekend with sunshine, clear blue skies and temperatures reaching a peak of 18.3 degrees (in Castlederg) and families enjoying their sunshine packed Mothering Sunday out and about. It’s been a glorious few days weather-wise and there’s no Covid lockdown to ruin our plans.
