The Queen’s University event that could change your world
Queen’s University is hosting ‘An Audience with The Graduate School’ on Thursday 28 March to showcase why postgraduate study can change your world by enhancing your employability, opening a world of opportunities and giving you access to influential peers all while fine-tuning your skill set.

Taking place at the Sir William Whitla Hall on March 28 at 6pm, the Queen’s event, An Audience with The Graduate School, employs a discussion format that will shine a light on the benefits of pursuing more studies in your chosen field of work.
The panel discussion will allow our deans at the university to highlight the opportunities available across all schools at Queen’s including engineering, arts and social sciences, medicine and health sciences among other subjects.
It will also inform registered guests of the financial opportunities that make postgraduate study more accessible including the Postgraduate Tuition Fee Loan up to £5,500.
Hosted by journalist and broadcaster Audrey Carville, those in attendance will also uncover exactly why Queen’s University is ranked in the top 200 universities in the world. It will lay bare the globally acclaimed community of learning and research at the university as well as revealing some of the top leaders and innovators who hailed from Queen’s and are now excelling in the field of industry, academia and policy to the creative, charity and commercial sectors.
The university will show why it prides itself on its “vibrant postgraduate culture” that revolves around a foundation of exceptional teaching, cutting-edge research, innovation, collaboration and engagement. It will discuss the influential access postgraduates have to academics who are thriving in their field, all amid a backdrop made up of a world-class campus that includes a state-of-the-art Graduate School, award-winning accommodation and outstanding sporting facilities and set within a city that is fast becoming a tech hub where creativity and investment are endless.
As well as the panel discussion An Audience with the Graduate School also allows guests to take a tour of The Graduate School, network with the faculties and careers advisers as well as learning about finance options and the application process.
