We have access plans tailored to you and how you want to view your news. Our plans start from as little as £1.99 per week.

What if I don't want to subscribe — can I still read Belfast Telegraph for free?

Yes – some content is for free and will continue to be free.

Why are you charging to read your content, it used to be free?

We have listened to our readers who have told us what is important to them. Quality, impartial, trustworthy reporting and journalism on what matters most to the people of Northern Ireland.

This means we will continue to invest in great journalism, great journalists and writers. To maintain this quality, we are launching a subscription service so we can continue writing important stories for you.

How are digital subscriptions billed?

As a digital subscriber, you can pay via debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Care on 0800 028 1909 or +44 28 9026 4028 or by emailing customersupport@belfasttelegraph.co.uk.

When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is one month, so your access will continue for the remainder of the monthly cycle.

I have subscribed, why can I not read Premium articles?

If you subscribed and cannot access content something has gone wrong, we’re sorry about that. Please contact Customer Care on 0800 028 1909 or +44 28 9026 4028 or email customersupport@belfasttelegraph.co.uk. and we will do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible.

If you purchased your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, please check your account details with that provider.

I cannot log in or change my password on Belfast Telegraph?

We are sorry. Sometimes the security settings or pop up blockers on your device can cause issues when logging in or changing your password.

Please try to log in on a different web browser (e.g. Chrome or Firefox) or download our Belfast Telegraph News app, if you are using a smartphone.

Can I use my digital subscription on more than one device?

Yes, you can use your digital subscription on up to five devices.

To do this, log in on a new device with your email address and password.

If you subscribed on our App, make sure your register and then log out and back in again. This will update our database and ensure that you can log in on other devices.

I am a Home Delivery customer. Can I access the online subscription service?

We are delighted to offer our existing home delivery customers free access to our Premium+ service, including access to premium journalism from the Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life on any device, and full ePaper access to read the Belfast Telegraph, Sunday Life and Sunday Independent. What is the ePaper (Belfast Telegraph Newsstand)?

Belfast Telegraph Newsstand gives you access to the full digital replica of the printed newspapers.

The latest edition of the Belfast Telegraph is available from 06:00 GMT Monday to Saturday. The Sunday Life and Sunday Independent are available on Sundays.

It looks just like the daily newspaper, on your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet. You can read the editions in their original layout or select an article view. You can also complete our interactive crosswords.

Belfast Telegraph Newsstand is available on the web (click here), or as an App on all iOS and Android devices.

I have an existing ePaper subscription with the Belfast Telegraph through PressReader, but I cannot access Premium content on the Belfast Telegraph. What should I do?

Contact Customer Care and ask for your PressReader subscription to be cancelled. Where applicable, you will be issued with a pro rata refund. We will then talk you through subscribing to our Premium+ bundle which costs £9.99 per month. This includes access to the Belfast Telegraph, Sunday Life and Sunday Independent ePapers, plus all premium content from the Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life on the website and the Belfast Telegraph News App.

Do you have an education, group or corporate subscription programme? Are there any group subscription discounts?

Corporate digital subscriptions are invoiced annually at a discounted rate, with tiered discounts by volume of individual subscription users required. Please contact corporatesubs@belfasttelegraph.co.uk with the number of users you would like to have access as part of your corporate digital subscription and we will be happy to provide a quotation. We do not currently offer an education subscription programme, but we are working to provide this.

Can I give someone a digital subscription as a gift?

No sorry, this service is not available yet, but watch this space.

Yes, adverts are an important part of our business and help us maintain our high standards of journalism.
