Tyco Suzuki’s 19-year-old British Superbike star PJ Jacobsen will join former Irish Superbike champion Kirk Jamison as guest of honour at this Saturday’s Bangor Car & Motorcycle show.
While the men drool over a plethora of racing, classic and vintage bikes, that include Stuart Easton’s factory-backed Mar-Train Racing R1 Yamaha, there’s plenty to keep the kids and mums entertained.
An almost perfect replica of the original car, which starred in the world famous 1968 Film 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang', will make its debut appearance. The popular Fashion and Variety Show is back and Stunt Rider Mattie Griffin is due to perform his new routine on the Big BMW.
Local display team Trialstar make a welcome return with their mind-blowing demonstration of motorcycle gymnastics and Action Cancer’s ‘Big Bus' will also attend the event for those all-important health checks and advice.
The day, at the Bangor Elim Complex on Saturday May 25th, runs from 11am to 5pm. Entrance is £5 for adults and £3 for children with a special Family Ticket just £10.
